I ordered a Rolex from this company needless to say I was very sceptical when I received the watch I did my own very detailed inspection and was satisfied but still not 100% obviously. I set up a time to bring it in to be certified upon inspection. I was super happy to hear that everything was 100%. I appreciate you guys for your speedy delivery and sending me what I paid for. My only comment is that they’re very hard to get a hold of. I kept trying to call the number and every time I pressed one for English it would just go back to the original message. It was not easy to get through to a representative and for that I give a one star, but for overall experience, product shipping and price I give them an overall four star. Thank you guys. I appreciate the service and I’m super happy that I did not get ripped off. This was the first Rolex I ever bought online and I would definitely be a repeat customer with Medusa.
